If you would like to create a team and pay the fee for the entire team up front, please register below. You must register as a head coach via the volunteer link once you enter your personal information. Please ensure that you will be able to fill out your roster with players before creating your team. If your team has less than 12 players, we may assign free agents to your team. Once your team is created you will be able to invite teammates via email and/or invite code.

If you are joining a team that has already paid the full team fee, please click register now, and then enter your team code in the registration questions section. You will not be charged to join a team that has already paid the full team fee. Teams that have paid the full team fee must have a minimum of 12 players registered to their team, with a maximum of 20. If you do not have a team code, please ask your team's coach/manager, they will have received an email with the code when they created the team. If you do not have a team, but would like to play, please register as a free agent in the section above. We will assign you to a team if space is available.

If you are joining a team that is signing up through individual player payments, please join your team in the "Spring Price Per Player Registration Listing" section above.
